A few things to know before you open the door to your next resident.
What kinds of spaces can I list?
Easycoliv welcomes PGs, coliving homes, furnished rooms, flats and student housing. You can list as an independent owner, an operator or a property manager with permission to manage the space.
Is it really free to get started?
Yes. Your first business receives Pro features free for 12 months; later businesses start on Free, with no payment details needed at sign-up. Afterwards, you can keep one active listing on the Free plan or choose a paid plan.
How will prospective residents contact me?
Residents verify their email before sending an enquiry. You receive it in your operator inbox with an email alert, so you can reply, discuss availability and arrange a viewing. An enquiry starts a conversation; it is not a confirmed booking.
When will my listing appear on Easycoliv?
Submit your completed listing for review. Once approved, it can appear in the marketplace. You can follow its status in your dashboard and make any requested updates there.
Can I bring listings from an existing portfolio?
Yes. Pro includes bulk import and API access, so you can bring multiple listings into the same workspace. You can also start by adding one property and build from there.
