GET A FEEL FOR THE CITY
Life in Dali.
Dali in Yunnan is China's best-known digital-nomad and slow-living town, centred on the walled Old Town between the Cangshan mountains and Erhai Lake. Most remote workers rent in or just outside the Old Town, in the lakeside villages such as Caicun, or further up the shore in Xizhou and Shuanglang. The modern city of Xiaguan, with the railway station, is about 15 km south, and the airport is beyond it.
