Rates are quoted in euros per night, with different rates for monthly-length and weekly-length stays. From April to October, El Hierro starts at EUR 15.50 per night for a monthly-length stay or EUR 23 for a weekly-length stay; standard single rooms are EUR 17.50 or EUR 25 respectively, double rooms EUR 19.50 or EUR 27, and the ensuite EUR 21 or EUR 27. From November to March, corresponding nightly rates start at EUR 25.50 or EUR 29.90 for El Hierro, EUR 30.50 or EUR 35.90 for standard singles, and EUR 35.50 or EUR 39.90 for doubles and the ensuite. Published inclusions are water, electricity, Wi-Fi, coworking, communal kitchen access, drinking water, shared-area cleaning, washing-machine use, bed linen, a towel and surfboard use. Room cleaning and air conditioning in applicable rooms cost extra; amenities may vary by season. Rooms have a desk, storage, a lockable door and a ceiling fan. The house has a quiet community focus, does not permit parties, and asks for quiet after 22:00.
