01 / Listing information
Details for comparison
Listings contain photos, location, room options, prices and stay policies supplied by operators or listing partners. Staff can review, hold or remove listings when information is incomplete, misleading or reported.
02 / Operator verification
Check the operator badge
Operators can submit business identity details for review. An approved verification request updates their verification status. A live listing alone does not mean its operator is verified.
03 / Before you commit
Confirm your actual stay
Ask the operator about current availability, total monthly costs, deposits and cancellation terms. Arrange a viewing where possible, and confirm the agreement before making a payment.
