1. About the marketplace
EasyColiv helps people find coliving spaces, furnished rooms and rental homes offered by independent owners and operators. These terms cover the public marketplace and resident account features.
Property operators supply the homes and their rental terms. A search result, saved home, enquiry or viewing request does not by itself create a confirmed rental or reservation.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate details when you create an account or send an enquiry. Keep sign-in codes and account access secure. Use someone else's details only with their permission.
Do not impersonate others, send spam, upload unlawful or discriminatory content, misuse personal information, or attempt to interfere with the service. Accounts and content may be reviewed or restricted in response to abuse.
3. Listing information and verification
Prices, photos, amenities, room options and availability come from operators or listing partners and may change. Confirm the current information directly with the operator before committing to a stay.
A verified operator badge describes the operator's verification status. It is not a guarantee of a home's condition, safety, availability or suitability, and does not mean every property has been physically inspected. Read how verification works.
4. Enquiries, viewings and agreements
When you send an enquiry or start a conversation, the information needed to answer it is shared with the relevant operator. Ask for the total price, deposit, included bills, minimum stay, house rules and cancellation terms.
The operator's rental agreement governs the stay you arrange with them. Review it before accepting terms or making a payment. Keep a copy of the agreement and your payment records.
5. Reviews, reports and messages
Share information you have the right to share. Reviews should describe your own experience and must not expose someone else's private details. EasyColiv can review reported listings, reviews and messages.
If a listing appears misleading or unsafe, use its report action or contact EasyColiv with the listing URL and the reason for your concern.
6. Privacy and updates
