1. Sign-in cookies
The authentication service uses access_token for the current session and refresh_token to renew it. The normal lifetimes are 15 minutes and 30 days respectively. These cookies are HTTP-only and secure in production. Signing out clears them.
If you also use an operator workspace, an org_id cookie may remember your selected business for up to 180 days.
2. Saved choices in your browser
ec_footer_countryremembers a selected destination country for up to one year. Choosing Automatic clears it.- Local storage remembers saved homes, display currency, commute choices and dismissed announcements until you change or clear them.
- Session storage remembers the current tab's arrival channel, campaign and enquiry source, and prevents repeated view counting during the session.
These choices can be cleared in your browser settings. Signed-in saved data can also exist in your account.
3. Measurement and external services
EasyColiv records marketplace interactions through its own service and loads Google Tag Manager to manage site tags. The cookies and data used by a tag depend on which tags are enabled.
Fonts, maps, media and other external resources may send your IP address and request information to the service delivering them. External websites linked from EasyColiv have their own notices.
4. Your controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage using your browser settings. Blocking sign-in cookies can prevent account features from working, and clearing local storage removes saved browser preferences.
